A spectacular recent example of public art, Charles Rays Boy with Frog, is an eight-foot-tall sculpture installed on the tip of an island at the southern entrance of the Grand Canal in Venice. Designed for that prominent site, the sculpture displays the artistss characteristic combination of conceptualism and humour.
