Question and Feedback
Question 1: How do you find the registration and booking process?
Most students: easy to follow
Clara: A friend with IELTS 5 result found it difficult to follow.
VP: We aim to make the process smooth and easy to follow and all students from different language proficiency levels should be taken into consideration.
PTE官方还是比较关注网站和报名流程的满意度的，致力于打造不同语言能力都可以方便使用的网站。
Question 2: How do you find the examination centre?
All students: not all centres have the same facilities and features. Some centres may be less noise and some are noisier.
VP: It is important to make the standards of different centres the same so that students do not need to worry about which centre to pick from.
Peason官方的目标还是想要将所有的考试中心标准化，从而减少学生的担忧，例如，哪些考点设备会比较好，等等。
Question 3: Is everything going well during your exam?
System issue
A Korean student: system was down when I was taking the exam and the personnel need to restart the computer twice. (It was resolved in the end and it is a rare case.)
Pen issue
Most student: we do not have enough and usable pens to use during the exam. Sometimes we forgot putting the cap on and it dried out. We do not want to be worried about this during the exam.
Noise issue
Most student: some people can be really noise and the exam centres should be less noisy.
Clara: Better headsets should be replaced and the cost will not be more than one exam fee $330.
VP: More pens or more use friendly pens will need to be replaced. Noise is a big factor during the examinations so it will be reconsidered.
考生们对于考试不满意的地方大多比较类似，例如，系统不稳定，笔不好写，耳机质量差，以及考场太吵等等。对此，官方提出的解决办法是，更换水笔。但对于噪音，并没有提出有效地解决措施。
Question 4: Why do you choose PTE over other exams?
Clara：I am better at listening and speaking compared to writing and I am aiming for 79s for all sections, so PTE test suits me more.
大部分考PTE的学生，还是冲着“8炸”的终极目标去的~不过，听力和口语较好，但写作不太好的同学，PTE可能比较适合你哦！

1) Customer service call centre
Clara: customer service call centre based in India is not professional and helpful enough. They have inconsistent statement and always need to attempt to escalate to their supervisor to get what I requested.
2) Score report
Clara: It will be appreciated if we can have a more detailed score report including the % of questions we have got as there are many types of questions in PTE.
客服和成绩单确实是两大问题。说起考试就是一把伤心泪的同学，你们不是一个人！
Information provided by VP and Dean Craig
1) Exams database will be updated sometimes but the general exam questions and structures will not be changed in short term.
2) All accents and tones should be recognised as it is a global language. (Some candidates provide that girls’ score can be lower than guys’.)
3) HIGH PRIORITY: to have more centres of exam schedules to ensure that students can book the exam sooner instead of waiting for two months.
4) Difficulty level of questions are the same around the world.
